Returns & Exchanges Policy

All jewellery from Savos is made to order. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

We are, however, happy to offer exchanges.

1. Returns (Made‑to‑Order Policy)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size chosen

  • Preference changes

This is due to the bespoke, made‑to‑order nature of our jewellery.

2. Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to resize your ring. As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to exchange your ring for a different design or style. Resizing fees may apply depending on the complexity of the piece.

Conditions for exchanges:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • A remake or resizing fee may apply

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that show signs of wear.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost to you.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at orders@savos.co.uk

  2. We will confirm eligibility

  3. Return the item using a tracked service

  4. Once received, we begin the exchange process

5. Non‑Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or engraved pieces

  • Items showing wear

  • Items returned without original packaging
