At Savos all jewellery is made to order in small monthly batches. This means shipping times begin after production is complete.
1. Production Time
Production times vary by design and are shown on each product page. Typical production times:
Simple designs: 4 weeks
Complex designs: 6 - 8 weeks
You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
UK Standard Tracked & Insured
UK Express Tracked & Insured
International Tracked & Insured
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 7–14 working days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
4. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
