Welcome to Savos (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

We design and create jewellery in small, limited monthly batches. All pieces are made to order to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.

2. Made‑to‑Order Jewellery

All rings and jewellery pieces are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed. This means:

  • We do not hold stock

  • Each piece is crafted specifically for you

  • Production times vary by design

Estimated production times are shown on each product page.

3. Order Process

When you place an order:

  1. You receive an order confirmation email

  2. Production begins within 24–48 hours

  3. Once complete, your item is shipped to your chosen address

Please ensure all details (ring size, metal, address) are correct before checkout.

4. Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

We do, however, offer exchanges. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost to you.

7. Limited Monthly Production

We produce jewellery in small monthly batches to maintain quality. Once a batch is full, the next availability opens the following month.

This system ensures:

  • High craftsmanship standards

  • Fair production timelines

  • No mass production

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

9. Shipping

Shipping times begin once production is complete. We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Savos or, where applicable, our authorised manufacturing partners. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
